This body of work was first created to show at Open Generation's Festival of Ideas at Rivington Place, Shoreditch. The photographs serve as a reminder that whilst traditional high street stores may be closing down in towns around the country, entrepreneurial first and second generation immigrants are providing delicacies that we can all enjoy.
